My training is in Integrative Massage and I am a graduate of Healing Spirits Massage Training Program in Boulder, CO. My work is a thoughtful combination of proven techniques, honed intuition and -- above all -- steady listening. I am attentive to every client in a holistic way, attuning to tension patterns, congestion in tissues or joints, breath, energy and verbal/nonverbal input so I may offer individualized sessions that are nurturing, relaxing and deeply therapeutic. New client and therapist protocols for COVID-19
1 — Even if you feel mildly sick prior to your appointment, please call and cancel the session.
Symptoms you may experience (from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention website):
• Fever or chills
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Muscle or body aches
• New loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting
2 — I will wipe down everything in my office that was touched and used during the session, including our bathroom, door handles, face cradle, oil/lotion bottles, etc.
3 — Please wear a mask into the home. I will wear one, too. When you are lying face down you can loosen your mask off your ears for comfort.
4 — Please wash your hands with soap and water before coming to your session. I will also have hand sanitizer available.

My touch is deep without feeling "arresting" and sessions typically integrate deep tissue; specific injury treatment; Positional Release Techniques; assisted stretching; myofascial work; Polarity Therapy and energy balancing and breath awareness. I take pride in creating a warm, inviting space where my work can be deeply received and enjoyed by all. I always welcome feedback.
I am equipped to care for prenatal massage clients and I offer hot stone massage if requested in advance. I commonly use essential oils/aromatherapy unless otherwise requested.
In addition to offering integrative massage I am a Certified Practitioner of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (levels I and II) and work with families as a Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM).
Cash or check are preferred methods of payment. I accept cash, check, Venmo and all major credit cards.
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows are charged the full amount for their missed appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you pay for the session booked.
